Another Year to Celebrate GCSE Results at Kingsdale Foundation School - Summer 2019

We had many proud individual and collective achievements this year as a result of the dedication and hard work of students and staff.  Three students achieved at least 9 Grade 9s and over 30 students achieved 5 or more Grades 8 & 9! Our provisional results indicate that approximately 80% of students achieved a top pass in both English and Mathematics and nearly half of the cohort achieved the English Baccalaureate.

Fantastic A Level Examination Results at Kingsdale Foundation School in 2019! 

We are delighted to announce that in Summer 2019 our Sixth Form students have once again excelled, producing an outstanding set of examination results, including some exceptional individual performances.

Approximately 40% of all grades achieved this year were at A*/A with roughly two thirds at A*-B. The progress of our students is expected, once again, to be excellent. 

Elba (3 A* grades), Ben (2 A* & 1 A grades) & Iona (2 A* and 1 A grades) studying Chemistry at Oxford, History at Durham and History at Cambridge respectively

Around 75% of our graduating students have secured places at prestigious Russell Group Universities which include Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, Bristol, King’s College London, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham. Students will also be attending highly esteemed institutions including the Royal Drawing School, the Slade School of Art and 1994 Group universities.

Holli will be using her excellent Mathematics & Further Mathematics A* & A grades to read Mathematics at Leeds.

We are exceptionally proud of the hard work and dedication shown by all of our students, alongside the continued support from staff and parents, which has enabled students pursue their pathways of choice and secure these amazing A Level results at Kingsdale.

Eli Wiener’s highly impressive 4 A grades at A Level have enabled him to study Physics at Birmingham.

Sophia McQueen will be using her excellent A* & A grades to study Neuroscience at Bristol.


Ricardo Parson’s excellent A grades at A Level have enabled him to study Biochemistry at the University of Birmingham.
