Sixth Form Applications
Applications for Year 12 Sixth Form courses commencing September 2017
Applications for Year 12 courses commencing September 2017 are now being accepted. Please contact the Sixth Form Office firstname.lastname@example.org for an application pack and details of the application process.
Upon receipt of a completed application, prospective students will be invited into the school for an information and guidance meeting to discuss their aspirations, potential career choices and possible course options as part of our robust Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) process. Applicants must ensure that two completed Information Request forms from their current school are also provided.

Enrolment onto courses commencing in September 2017
Enrolment for students who have been made an offer of a place for September 2017, takes place on Thursday 24th & Friday 25th August following the release of GCSE results (subject to offer requirements). Further information regarding the arrangements for enrolment have been issued separately to prospective students.
Our Sixth Form open events for September 2017 entry have now taken place. However please be advised that individual tours of the Sixth Form can be organised on request by contacting the Sixth Form Office via email at email@example.com Please ensure that you include Sixth Form Tour Request in the subject line of your email. Alternatively, please telephone Ms Gunn on 0208 670 7575 Ext 723.

Post-16 Scholarships for September 2017 entry
Post-16 Scholarships in the Performing and Expressive Arts (Music, Art and Drama) and Mathematics are available subject to prospective students meeting assessment criteria. Further information about our extensive post-16 scholarship programme can be obtained from the following members of staff:
