Complaints against or concerns raised about school staff (except formally against the Headteacher) should be made in the first instance, to the Headteacher, via the school office. Please mark them as Private and Confidential. Informal concerns can be raised with any appropriate manager at a more senior level or indeed the member of staff directly. Complainants can also use our dedicated email address complaints orconcerns@kingsdale.southwark.sch.uk to register their concern or complaint.
Formal complaints that involve or are about the Headteacher must be addressed to Mrs A. McGregor (Chair of Governors), and delivered in person/by post via the School Office. This is to ensure confidence in the preservation of confidentiality. Such correspondence must be marked as Private and Confidential.
