We also recognise that sometimes, things don't always go as we would hope.  Where this happens, we will always try to address any concerns or complaints raised with us as quickly as we can, learning any lessons as required.  You can access a copy of Concerns and Complaints Policy below which provides more information.

If you wish to raise an issue relating to an aspect of our provision before it reaches the level of a concern or complaint, you can contact us directly via qualityassurance@kingsdale.southwark.sch.uk

Complaints against or concerns raised about school staff (except formally against the Headteacher) should be made in the first instance, to the Headteacher, via the school office. Please mark them as Private and Confidential. Informal concerns can be raised with any appropriate manager at a more senior level or indeed the member of staff directly. Complainants can also use our dedicated email address complaints orconcerns@kingsdale.southwark.sch.uk to register their concern or complaint.

Formal complaints that involve or are about the Headteacher must be addressed to Mrs A. McGregor (Chair of Governors), and delivered in person/by post via the School Office.  This is to ensure confidence in the preservation of confidentiality.  Such correspondence must be marked as Private and Confidential.

Complaints about the Chair of Governors, any individual governor or the whole governing body must be addressed to the independent Governing Body HR Advisor, and delivered in person/by post via the School Office. This is to ensure confidence in the preservation of confidentiality. Such correspondence must be marked as Private and Confidential.
