Enrolment for Year 12 Courses Commencing September 2026

Enrolment for Year 12 courses commencing September 2026 will take place on Thursday 20th & Friday 21st August. Details of the enrolment process will be issued separately to all offer holders. Oversubscription Criteria

In the case that the KFS Sixth Form is oversubscribed for September 2026 Year 12 entry, our Oversubscription Criteria which can be accessed here will be applied.

Where an external applicant has met our Sixth Form entrance criteria and completed the enrolment process but has not secured a confirmed place as a result of the application of our oversubscription criteria, the applicant will be notified of the position they have been placed on our oversubscription waiting list.  An applicant who wishes to be kept up to date regarding their position on our Sixth Form oversubscription waiting list should contact the Admissions Officer, Ms Otubu via admissions@kingsdale.southwark.sch.uk for more information.

Sixth Form Appeals Process

Induction and Start of Term for New Year 12 Students

The Autumn term will commence for all sucessfully enrolled new Year 12 students on Friday 4th September 2026 with their Induction Day. Year 12 lessons commence from Monday 7th September 2026. Further details issued separately to all successfully enrolled Year 12 students.

Year 12 Applications for September 2027

Our Open Season for Year 12 entry in September 2027 will commence from the start of the Autumn term. The dates of our scheduled Sixth Form open events are listed below:

Wednesday 23rd September 2026: 4.30-7.30pm

Wednesday 14th October 2026: 1.30-6.30pm

Wednesday 4th November 2026: 4.30-7pm

Wednesday 25th November 2026: 4.30-7pm

Post-16 Scholarships

Post-16 Scholarships in the Performing and Expressive Arts (Art, Drama & Music) and Mathematics are available subject to prospective students meeting assessment criteria.

Please be advised that scholarship awards will only be made available to students who have secured a conditional offer of a place at the Sixth Form and who successfully enrol.
