Celebrating Music and Legacy: The Kingsdale Annual Summer Concert – June 2025

We are delighted to share with our school community the full video recording of our 2025 Annual Summer Concert, held this June in the heart of the school.

This event remains the undisputed highlight of our performing arts calendar; a vibrant celebration of talent, dedication, and the collective joy of music-making. This year, continuing a long-standing tradition of community harmony that sits at the very heart of the Kingsdale ethos, Kingsdale music students delivered workshops to local Southwark Primary schools in advance of the concert, inspiring the next generation of young musical talent.

A Legacy of Excellence

As we do every June, we take this moment to honour the memory of the late Mary Graham. A pillar of the local community and a National Teaching Award winner, Mary was the visionary driving force behind the incredible music department we see today. Her belief that every child should have access to world-class musical opportunities remains our guiding light. It is in her honour that we continue to foster these deep links with local primary schools, ensuring the next generation of musicians is nurtured and celebrated.

The 2025 Program

The evening featured an eclectic range of styles, from the driving energy of the Big Band to the soulful harmonies of the Gospel Choir. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated staff and student leaders who directed these incredible ensembles:
