Alternatively, to report your child late or absent by phone, please contact the school on 0208 670 7575 and select Option 2 from the menu. You will then be able to select the required extension number for the relevant Pastoral Assistant for your child’s year group.

Where a student is absent and the School has not been informed, an information text will be sent from the appropriate Pastoral Assistant to the parent advising them of the absence as part of the First Day Contact protocols.

In the interests of encouraging excellent levels of attendance and punctuality, parents are routinely informed of student lateness / absence from the first registration via an automatic email.  Please be advised that this communication will also be sent where a parent has informed the school that their child will be late to school.
Summaries of student attendance and punctuality can be accessed via www.schoolworkspace.co.uk, which gives an easy overview in form of dials as well as allowing parents to explore attendance in detail. Please contact attendanceoffice@kingsdale.southwark.sch.uk should you need support with accessing this.

Parents' Forums take place each half term on the third Friday of the month.  All forums take place between 5.30 & 7.15pm.

Forums are now 'blended' events, with parents in attendance in the POD/school site and also on MS Teams online.  The access code for MS Teams is always included in the Agenda for each meeting, downloadable below. Agendas for each forum are posted in advance and a reminder sent by email and text.

Parents and carers of students at Kingsdale Foundation School can add their name to the Parents’ Forum email list by contacting the school via parentsforum@kingsdale.southwark.sch.uk
